How to Enroll or Make Changes to Your Supplemental Retirement Plan
Step-by-step instructions about how to enroll with a new investment vendor, how to change your contribution percentage, investment vendor or cancel contributions, and how to change your investments.

Complete the Salary Reduction Agreement Form (SRA) print a copy, sign it, and send it to the HR/Benefits office.

Remember, you must submit the completed SRA form to the HR Benefits office before any contributions can be accepted into your account.

You can enroll in the program and select investments through TIAA.

Complete the Deferral Agreement form, print a copy, sign it, and send it to your institution’s HR/Benefits office

Remember, you must submit the completed form to your institution’s HR/Benefits office before any contributions can be accepted into your account.
