Office of External Affairs

The Office of External Affairs aims to communicate the story of North Carolina A&T. This is to ensure that elected officials and other leaders fully understand the university's principles and its influence on Greensboro, North Carolina, and the United States.  

Occasionally, the Office of External Affairs, along with members of the Chancellor's Office, welcome elected officials who visit our campus to gain insight into A&T's research, academic achievements, and community involvement.

The Office of Partnerships and Engagement serves as the entryway into a vast number of resources spanning the industry spectrum from applied research and innovation to commercialization and workforce development. Partnering with North Carolina A&T State University begins a journey within a vibrant innovation ecosystem uniquely positioned to design a customized approach in collaboration to reach your goals.

Small Business and Technology Development Center
 

The SBTDC provides management counseling and educational services to small and mid-sized businesses and promising startups. The center helps clients increase sales, create jobs, and access capital at significantly greater rates than the average North Carolina business.  

The center’s counselors collaborate with each business owner to assess and benchmark company performance and make better business decisions.
