North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University hosted a hemp conference for more than 250 attendees on Feb. 11, 2020.
Topics included best practices for production, marketing and economics, licensing, the latest research, post-harvest processing, and federal and state regulations. In addition to N.C. A&T researchers, experts from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, NC State University and the hemp industry were among the presenters.
