Jordan Gladman (Manufacturing Engineering ’13)
Jordan was the first of many student workers who started their career with the Aggie OneCard Center at North Carolina A&T State University. During his time as a student worker and while completing his degree in Engineering, Jordan gained valuable experience in customer service, time management, technical support, systems administration and data/records management.
Jordan is currently a Process Engineer for a manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC. He also held various position at Cintas, from Management, Engineering and Sales.
Jordan earned his 6 Sigma Black belt in 2016.
Malik Coley (Biomedical Engineering ’18)
Malik started his career with the Aggie OneCard Center at North Carolina A&T State University. During his time as a student worker and while completing his degree in Biomedical Engineering, Malik assisted students with their OneCard service questions.
Malik currently resides in Houston, Texas working for Rockwell Automation. During his tenure there, Malik held numerous positions in technical sales, he took a leadership position in the company retention and recruitment department and was recently promoted to a newly created position as the Cloud Technologies Software Lead.
Additionally, Malik has obtained a LLC and began his first Online business “Exclusv” and began a Unit Rental Business.
Malik has joined a graduate chapter on Omega Psi Phi; joined Big Brother Big Sister; joined community outreach organization for Young Professionals “Emerging 100”. Malik also purchased his first home!
Malik also earned A+/Security + certification (IT and Computer Certifications) in 2020; Azure Cloud Technologies Certification and two certifications in Python programming language (Computer Programing with Python/Data Mining) in 2022.
Edwin Langston (Information Technology ’20)
Edwin completed his degree in Information Technology in 2020. Working as a student worker with OneCard Center, Edwin’s role was to assist OneCard staff with electronic locks and troubleshooting access control issues.
After graduating at North Carolina A & T State University, Edwin continued his career at Walmart Global Tech in Bentonville, Arkansas as a Systems Engineer on the enterprise client engineering team supporting Windows as a service for Walmart Globally. Currently, Edwin is a Software Engineer, supporting Walmart Health on implementation of new clinics and the integration of new technologies.
Kenya Merritt (Management Information Systems ’21)
Kenya started her career with the Aggie OneCard Center at North Carolina A&T State University in 2018 and she completed her degree in Management Information Systems in 2021.
Kenya is currently a Cyber Risk Analyst for Deloitte, a third party risk management company located in Maryland. Kenya is responsible for identifying information security issues that may pose an immediate risk to an organization’s business operations, customers, employees, suppliers, partners, or shareholders and alert them on real-time. Her role is to understand company IT infrastructure in detail, to monitor it at all times, and to evaluate threats that could potentially breach the network.
Kenya also coach High School Cheerleading and teach Gymnastics.
