Faculty Registration

Faculty registration must be completed by Tuesday, Apr. 22, 2025 for guaranteed parking. All requests after this date will not be honored.

Regalia

• Faculty are required to be in full academic regalia to be a part of the ceremony. 

• Any faculty needing to purchase rental regalia from the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, the deadline to order is Wednesday, Mar. 26, 2025. Please complete the Faculty Regalia Request Form.

Clear Bag Policy and Cell Phones

• The university’s clear bag policy will be enforced. Please adhere to the policy. 

• Cell phones should be turned off or set to vibrate.
  
  

Faculty Line Up

• The Graduate Ceremony Faculty should be in line no later than 5:15 p.m. 

• The Undergraduate Ceremony 1 Faculty should be in line no later than 8:15 a.m.  

• The Undergraduate Ceremony 2 Faculty should be in line no later than 1:45 p.m. 

Parking is free for all ceremonies with submitted RSVP.
